Today I finally broke down and made a livejournal! This is so weird. (At least it's not a myspace account.)

Um. So. How about some horrible limericks to break the ice?

The thing about raptors on Mars
Is that they do not play guitars
When they try to strum G
It comes out as a C
The frets get in the way of their claws


An Amazon hunting at dawn
Found a curious spot on her arm
The doctor said “Oh
That thing’s got to go”
And then she got a chicken parm.

I feel like these limericks would be greatly improved if the reader snapped twice upon reaching the final line. You can just say the words “snap snap” aloud if you’re not good at snapping or have no arms or something. You can also substitute a nice staccato beat on a bongo drum if you're into that kind of thing.
